Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is PIETRO DI MARTINI s.r.o., company ID 25315986, Příkop 838/6, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered with the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 25055. We run the StockdiMartini website.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the registration form: your name, email, company or store name, company ID and the store’s website or Instagram. If you opened the form from a brand page, we also keep the brand’s name.

Why we use it

To check that you run a store that resells fashion, to reply to you and to send you access to our stock. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to stores that contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Czech company IDs are checked in the public business register ARES.

Where it is stored

Registrations are stored in a spreadsheet on Google services, and the people who talk to stores are notified by email. Google processes the data on our behalf under its data processing terms. We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together. If we do not start working together, we delete your data no later than two years after our last contact.

Visits and cookies

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no data that could identify a person. We only see totals, such as how many people visited each page. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. The website uses a single technical cookie that remembers your language. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just reply to the email you receive from us, or write to our registered address. If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
